JJ Harris is a commercial and documentary filmmaker/photographer based in Oakland, California. His passion for heartfelt and authentic storytelling have taken him around the world spreading the message of inclusivity for global organizations, local brands, and non-profits alike. His works centered around Black Lives Matter in Oakland have been shared over 100k times as he continues to push positive and uplifting imagery for black people across all forms of digital media. Previous clients include Outdoor Afro, Facebook, Courageous Conversation, Impact Hub Oakland, and Red Bay Coffee
